Came a little scratched but not a problem, very minor. The panel is good quality, it’s a plastic material but doesn’t seem unsafe. The red light is very strong but not warm. Wear with eye protection. For the price, i recommend!

It is not a heat lap (do not expect it to get warm) but has 25w output total. You can feel the infrared leds working if you hold your hand close. However for the area of the panel the output is well within the range for photobiomodulation. In other words, it works well for ir therapy.

I place it directly on my skin, that is, without clothing, at a distance of 30 cm for about 20 minutes every day. Protecting myself with glasses. Just as indicated by the girl in the manufacturer's video. The only thing I didn't like is that the instructions come in English, but I took a photo and passed it to the artificial intelligence, and it translated it and explained everything very well.
